Established in Dec 2005 as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company, Al Masar Leasing & Investment Company ("Al Masar") provides full range of Sharia'a compliant investment product & services. On 15th April, 2010 the company gets listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange under Investment Sector Category.

The paid-up capital of the company is KD 16.05 million distributed among 160.5 million shares at par value of 100 fils each. The company affairs are governed by the Central Bank of Kuwait, which has the statutory powers to supervise the working of all Investment companies in Kuwait.
